Admission:on a first-come-first-served basis, school will be informed whether the application is being accepted or not within 5 working days.

Notes:
1. Submit the completed enrollment form to the Macau Public Library or have it faxed to 2893 2511.
2. Should the number of participants be over 35 or there is more than one application for the same time schedule, the Library will make the necessary arrangements and notify schools in concern subsequently (application on a first-come-first served basis).
3. The school can choose a date and time schedule based on their preferences, and each school can only apply 2 sessions at most.
4. The Library will inform the applying school whether their application is being accepted or not within 5 working days, dated from the day that the Library received the respective enrollment form.
5. Should there be a need to reschedule the activity or cancel the application, kindly inform the library at least 2 working days before the actual date of the activity.
6. As the activity is charge free, the schools in concern are to arrange transport for their students.
7. If there is any inadequacy in the guidelines, the Library has the right to give further explanation. In event of any disputes, the decision of the Library shall be final and conclusive.
