Non-Macao Information Enquiry Service
Partner: Collaborative Online Reference Services of Shanghai Library 
To allow access to further extensive knowledge, Macao Public Libraries has collaborated with the Collaborative Online Reference Services of Shanghai Library to provide a non-Macao information enquiry service since February 2003.
Founded in 2001, Shanghai Library’s Collaborative Online Reference Services is based in libraries in Shanghai and relevant institutes, where some 20 experienced young and veteran Shanghai librarians from more than 10 libraries serve as online knowledge navigators. Enquiry services about language, medicine, biology, engineering, computer and social science are available. The website also teams up with libraries in Hong Kong, Singapore and Macao to offer information enquiry and navigation services with a broader scope.
