  • Please complete the following fields. Fields marked with * are required. The form can only be successfully submitted when all the required fields are filled.
  • The information obtained hereby will be used for reference in the collection acquisition of the Macao Public Library. The Library abides by the non-disclosure responsibility for personal information in compliance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
