Centre of Permanent Education will cease to provide the Interlibrary Return Service and BookCrossing Activity

        The Interlibrary Return Service and BookCrossing Activity are collaboratively managed by Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) and Education and Youth Affairs Bureau (DSEJ). As the Centre of Permanent Education under DSEJ will cease operation on 1 February 2021, its Interlibrary Return Service and BookCrossing Activity will be provided until 31 January 2021.
